The company has complete supporting facilities, a strong technical team, as well as mature oxidation, electroplating, and other surface treatment experience and perfect technology. The main business is based on the category of private machining parts, and the development direction is to develop new energy, high-precision precision parts, aviation, aerospace, military and other special surface treatment processes after the addition of workshops. Present solutions for non-standard plating: 1. Aluminum material suppliers imported from the United Nations (acting as agents for aluminum materials imported from six countries) and cutting-edge aluminum profile factories have carried out research on basic aluminum materials and surface treatment. At present, the plating products under production have reached the highest functional requirements of the corresponding plating products of the global US military standard, and their local performance has been surpassed. 2. Self-built non-standard production management and control process, divided into five levels of private processing categories (automation equipment parts, ordinary precision parts (20 micron-10 micron), high precision parts (9 micron-4 micron), ultra-precision parts (3 micron-1 micron), sophisticated precision parts (within 1 micron). Aviation, aerospace and military industry are subdivided into three levels. 3. According to the requirements of different levels, different quotation systems and details are formulated, and different levels of personnel operate parts with different accuracy levels.
