    Hastelloy C276 alloy

    Hastelloy C276 belongs to the nickel molybdenum chromium iron tungsten series nickel based alloy, which is the most corrosion-resistant among modern metal materials. Mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts, with good corrosion resistance in low and medium temperature hydrochloric acid. Therefore, in the past thirty years, it has been widely used in harsh corrosive environments such as chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, environmental protection, and other industrial fields.

    Inconel718 alloy

    Inconel718 alloy is a precipitation hardened nickel chromium iron alloy containing niobium and molybdenum. Commonly used in fields such as chemical, aerospace, and nuclear energy.

    Incoloy 825 alloy

    Incoloy 825is a highly corrosion-resistant nickel based alloy with high Ni content, which has extremely high corrosion resistance to both oxidizing and non oxidizing acids. Incoloy 825 alloy has good comprehensive corrosion resistance to both oxidizing and non oxidizing acids due to its high content of Cr, Mo, and Cu. Especially for sulfuric acid, it has extremely high corrosion resistance. Due to the high content of Cr, Mo, and Ni, it has excellent resistance to point corrosion, gap corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride environments. Incoloy 825 alloy controls the carbon content at an extremely low level, making it less susceptible to sensitization during welding and less sensitive to intergranular corrosion.

    Hastelloy C22 alloy

    Hastelloy C22 is a versatile nickel chromium molybdenum tungsten alloy that has better overall corrosion resistance than other existing nickel chromium molybdenum alloys, including Hastelloy C276, C4 alloy, and 625 alloy. Hastelloy C22 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent antioxidant capacity in aqueous media, including mixed acids of wet chlorine, nitric acid, or oxidizing acids containing chloride ions. Meanwhile, Hastelloy C22 alloy also has the ideal ability to resist the reducing and oxidizing environments encountered during the process. Hastelloy C22 alloy has exceptional resistance to various chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances such as iron chloride, copper chloride, chlorine, heat contaminated solutions (organic and inorganic), formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater, and salt solutions. Hastelloy C22 alloy has the ability to resist the formation of grain boundary precipitation in the welding heat affected zone, which makes it suitable for many chemical process applications even in the welding state.

    Hastelloy B2 alloy

It has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, and is widely used in various industrial fields. In the field of petrochemicals, it can be used to manufacture key equipment such as high-temperature and high-pressure reactors, heat exchangers, etc; In the field of nuclear industry, it can be used to manufacture key components in nuclear reactors; In the field of chemical treatment, it can be used to manufacture equipment and components in acidic and alkaline corrosive environments.

    Inconel X750 alloy

    Inconel X750 alloy is mainly made of γ "[Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] Nickel based high-temperature alloys that undergo aging strengthening have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, high strength below 800 ℃, good relaxation resistance below 540 ℃, as well as good formability and welding performance. This alloy is mainly used to manufacture plane springs and coil springs with high strength and resistance to relaxation for aircraft engines operating below 800 ℃. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine blades for steam turbines.

    Inconel 625 alloy

    Inconel 625 is a Ni Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation high-temperature alloy, which is mainly reinforced with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has good tensile performance, fatigue performance, high-temperature creep performance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance from low temperature to 980 ℃, and is resistant to stress corrosion under salt spray atmosphere. Due to its special combination of mechanical properties, processing properties, and corrosion resistance, this alloy has been widely used in many fields, including gas turbine engines and pipeline transportation, insulation layers, chemical plant metal components, and seawater specific alloys.

    Incoloy800 alloy

    Incoloy800 is a Fe Ni Cr based solid solution strengthening deformation high-temperature alloy, with a typical Cr content of 15-25%, nickel content of 30-45%, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. This alloy has excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has good mechanical properties at both room temperature and high temperature. The corrosion resistance of this type of alloy is better than that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel and also better than Incoloy 600 alloy. In the manufacturing of corrosion stress rupture resistant equipment, it is also better than Incoloy 600 and Monel 400 alloy. Mainly used in aerospace, chemical industry, nuclear generators, heat exchange equipment and other fields.

    Monel400 alloy

    The structure of Monel400 alloy is a high-strength single-phase solid solution, which is a corrosion-resistant alloy with the largest usage, the widest application, and excellent comprehensive performance. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas media, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkaline solution. It is also resistant to corrosion from neutral solutions, water, seawater, atmosphere, organic compounds, etc. An important feature of this alloy is that it generally does not produce stress corrosion cracks and has good cutting performance. This alloy is mainly used for pump shafts and valve stems, conveyor scrapers, oil well drilling rings, elastic components, valve gaskets, etc. Suitable for fields such as petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc.

    Monel K500 alloy

    Monel K500 is a precipitation hardening nickel copper alloy. It has similar corrosion resistance to alloy 400, but higher mechanical strength and hardness. Has good heat and corrosion resistance and long-term organizational stability. The Monel K500 application field is mainly used for manufacturing turbine blades and gas turbine blades on aircraft engines with operating temperatures below 750 ℃; Used for manufacturing fasteners and springs on ships; Pump and valve components on chemical equipment; Scraping blades, etc. on papermaking equipment.

    4 J36 alloy

    4J36 is a special low expansion iron nickel alloy with ultra-low coefficient of expansion. The control of carbon and manganese components is very important. Cold deformation can reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, and heat treatment within a specific temperature range can stabilize the coefficient of thermal expansion. 4J36 has corrosion resistance in dry air at room temperature. In other harsh environments, such as humid air, corrosion (rusting) may occur.

    4 J32 alloy

    4J32 is a special type of iron nickel cobalt based invar alloy, mainly composed of iron, nickel, and cobalt. The characteristic of this alloy is that it has a specific coefficient of thermal expansion, which matches the thermal expansion characteristics of certain types of glass and ceramic materials within a certain temperature range. In the temperature range of -60~80 ℃, its coefficient of expansion is lower than that of 4J36 alloy, but its low-temperature microstructure stability is worse than that of 4J36 alloy. This alloy is mainly used for manufacturing precision instrument parts that require high dimensional accuracy within the range of environmental temperature changes.

    4 J29 alloy

    4J29 is an iron nickel cobalt alloy, also known as Kovar alloy. This alloy has a linear expansion coefficient adjacent to silicon boron hard glass at 20-450 ℃, a high Curie point, and excellent low-temperature structural stability. The oxide film of the alloy is fine and can be well wetted by glass. And it does not interact with mercury, suitable for use on surfaces containing mercury discharge. It is the primary sealing structural material for electric vacuum devices. This alloy is an internationally recognized typical Fe Ni Co hard glass sealing alloy. Mainly used for glass sealing of electronic vacuum components such as emission tubes, oscillation tubes, ignition tubes, magnetrons, transistors, sealed plugs, relays, lead wires of integrated circuits, chassis, casings, brackets, etc.

    4J33 alloy

    4J33 is a ceramic sealing alloy, belonging to the iron nickel cobalt constant expansion ceramic sealing alloy. It is a ceramic sealing alloy developed based on the characteristics of ceramics in China. The alloy has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of 95% Al2O3 ceramics in the temperature range of -60 ℃ to 600 ℃. Mainly used for matching and sealing with ceramics, it is an important sealing structural material in the electric vacuum industry.

    Nitronic 50 stainless steel

    Nitronic 50 is a super austenitic stainless steel mainly composed of elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and manganese, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance.     Nitronic 60 stainless steel

It has excellent activation passivation transformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, and phosphoric acid, good resistance to pitting corrosion in neutral chloride ion media, and good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.     2205 stainless steel

    2205 is a duplex stainless steel composed of 22% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum, and 4.5% nickel nitrogen alloy. It has high strength, good impact toughness, and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance. The yield strength of 2205 duplex stainless steel is more than twice that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel, which allows designers to reduce weight when designing products and gives this alloy a price advantage over 316317L.     2507 stainless steel

    2507 stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel, designed specifically for demanding applications that require excellent strength and corrosion resistance, such as chemical processes, petrochemical, and seawater equipment. This type of steel has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and uniform corrosion, as well as high strength, high hardness, and good toughness.

    17-4PH stainless steel

    17-4PH stainless steel is a precipitation, hardening, martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, niobium, and columbium. This type of steel has characteristics such as high strength, hardness (up to 300 ℃/572 ℉), and corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are further improved, reaching a compressive strength of up to 1100-1300 MPa (160-190 ksi). This grade cannot be used at temperatures above 300 ℃ (572 ℉) or very low. It has good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and diluted acids or salts, and its corrosion resistance is the same as 304 and 430. This type of steel is used in various oil fields and chemical processing equipment, as well as in the manufacturing of accessories and fasteners.

    17-7PH stainless steel

    17-7PH stainless steel is an austenitic martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel developed based on 18-8CrNi, also known as controlled phase change stainless steel.     15-5PH stainless steel
