The company's founding team consists of 13 engineers in the field of precision instruments. Starting from renting a 200-square-meter laboratory in the early stage, it has now built a fully automated production base covering an area of 5,000 square meters in Shenzhen. Among the core R&D team of more than 30 people, 60% have a master's degree or above and have led the completion of 9 patented technological breakthroughs in the field of grating measurement. The production department promotes the "precision and error-free" culture, and through the Six Sigma management system, the product yield rate is increased to 99.97%, and it will obtain the national-level specialized and new enterprise certification in 2024. In terms of cooperation ecology, it has reached a technical benchmarking agreement with international leading companies such as Heidenhain of Germany. In the field of automobile manufacturing, we customized and developed oil-resistant steel tape grating scales for Tesla's Shanghai Super Factory; in the semiconductor industry, we cooperated with SMIC to develop special sensors for vacuum environments with a resolution of 5 nanometers. The market performance continued to rise, with sales of 230 million yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 75%, and products exported to 15 countries including Germany, Japan, and South Korea. In particular, in the field of CNC machine tools, we occupy 23% of the domestic market share, and our service customers include leading companies such as Shenyang Machine Tool and Qinchuan Machinery. In the past three years, the customer repurchase rate has remained at a high level of 91%.
