Shandong Claremont New Material Technology Co., Ltd. established a strategic cooperative relationship with German companies in 2015, and introduced a complete set of mineral casting formula, production process, manufacturing equipment and testing instruments from Germany to China. The company uses a new type of high strength mineral composite material with energy saving and environmental protection. Mineral casting is a kind of mineral casting product which is made of special mineral components exclusively owned by Germany as cementitious materials and high-quality granite as aggregate in China. Through strict technological process, the cementitious materials, aggregate and other materials are mixed in proportion, fully and evenly stirred, and then injected into the mould for solidification. With excellent damping performance, excellent thermal stability, super corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, it can replace traditional materials such as cast iron, cast steel and natural granite, and is widely used in key fields such as machine tools, electronics, medical treatment, aviation and printing industries.
