Foshan Ruizheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and is a private enterprise specializing in the production of precision shaft components and non-standard mechanical parts. Our company has obtained ISO-9001 certification, SGS certification, and has been recognized as a High-tech Enterprise in China. The main processing equipment in our factory includes Japan's Mazak CNC lathes, CNC lathe-milling composite machines, CNC external grinding machines, universal external grinding machines, internal-external grinding compound machines, CNC machining centers, and imported Taiwanese centerless grinders. Our inspection equipment includes Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines, secondary imaging measuring instruments, height gauges, hardness testers, runout testers, roundness testers, and general measurement tools from Mitutoyo (Japan). We specialize in the processing of spindles, bearing housings, valve bodies, valve cores, precision shafts, sleeves, flange, housings, non-standard mechanical parts, eccentric shafts, crankshafts, spline shafts, servo motor shafts, and precision small components. With a complete set of CNC turning, milling, grinding and heat treatment processes, we ensure stable quality and possess unique processing techniques for precision shafts and CNC machining parts. Currently, we have business cooperation with many well-known enterprises and listed companies, and are a long-term supplier for brands like Haas, Bosch, Hitachi, and Midea (for shafts, housings, and motor shafts).

Shaft parts

The shaft parts can be used with different materials, like Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and so on. They can be machined out of different kinds of shaft parts, we can use different technologies to meet clients' variety of requirements, such as Machine tool spindle, motor rotor shaft, and new energy vehicle shaft. We have CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding at the same time with constant workshops to ensure stable quality, and the CNC Machining is with an In-line measuring instrument. The highest precision tolerance is up to 0.002mm, roughness up Ra 0.1, and the shaft concentricity up to 0.001mm. We can achieve mass production and guarantee stable quality.

Lathing parts machining

We have the high precision CNC lathe which can reach 0.01mm. They come with Stable and reliable processing quality. Some of them are from Japan Mazak, they can ensure high quality with high precision. These machines can be used with different materials, like carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum copper, etc. They can machining out different kinds of non-standard machining parts. Besides, We can use different technology to meet client's variety of requirements.

We have several CNC 5-axis milling machines, which can make non-standard parts with various shapes.They can machining out with different kinds material,such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum,brass,plastic material and the others.We can take a variety of surface treatment to meet the various needs of customers.
