Company Introduce

GROUP PROFILE Beijing Jingdiao Group is a high-tech enterprise on the research and development, production, sales and engineering services of precision CNC machine tools. It has been continuously recognized as a national enterprise technology center since 2019, and won the "China Industry Award" in 2022. Beijing Jingdiao's main products are Jingdiao precision CNC machining centers, and its flagship product is Jingdiao high-speed machining centers, whose core technology products and key functional components such as CNC systems, precision spindles, and CAM software are all independently researched and developed and produced by Beijing Jingdiao on a large scale, with completely independent intellectual property rights, and are now applied in many precision machining fields. After thirty years of unremitting efforts, Beijing Jingdiao has grown into a leader in the China precision CNC machine tool industry, and has built up a complete Jingdiao machine tool industry system, including Jingdiao product research and development system, which is just to the needs of customers; Jingdiao machine tool production system, which is equipped with the ability of lean manufacturing; Jingdiao machine tool service system, which helps customers to use the machine efficiently and stably; and human resource cultivation system, which supports the application of "digital technology of machine tool processing".

JDGR100 5-AXIS HIGH-SPEED

JDGR100 is a Jingdiao 5-axis high-speed machining centre (abbreviated as Jingdiao 5-axis high-speed machine) manufactured by Jingdiao, Beijing, with micron-level precision machining capability. It is a "precision-type" 5-axis high-speed machine, which is good at machining precision mould parts, medical equipment parts, metal jewellery parts, electronic parts, as well as drilling small holes in metallic and nonmetallic materials. The mainbody weighs 2.7 tonnes and covers an area of 3.7 m² for high space utilisation.

JDGR200T 5-AXIS HIGH-SPEED

JDGR200T is the Jingdiao 5-axis high-speed machining center (referred to as the Jingdiao 5-axis high-speed machine) with the micronprecision machining capability manufactured by Beijing Jingdiao. In 2023, JDGR200T was qualified in the evaluation of "machine tool equipment manufacturing maturity" according to the group standard of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, with the certification of "Manufacturing Maturity Level 9", and set a new record that "two machine tools are simultaneously certified as the Maturity Level 9 in China initially", marking the technical maturity and reliability of JDGR200T up to the advanced industry level with the capability of mass production.

Main products

The main product of Beijing Jingdiao is Jingdiao Precision CNC Machining Center, and the flagship product is Jingdiao High-speed Machining Center, which is a high-end machine tool independently developed to meet the needs of precision machining. Its CNC system, precision electric spindle, CAM software and other core technology products and key functional components are independently developed and produced by Beijing Jingdiao, with complete independent intellectual property rights. Now it has been widely used in high-end manufacturing industries such as medical devices, precision moulds, 3C electronics, optical semiconductors, new energy vehicles, high-end equipment and so on, which can ensure the accurate, efficient and stable large-scale production of micron-precision parts.
