    Screw Feeding & Tightening System

    Automatic Screw Feeding & Tightening System is suitable for the automatic feeding and tightening of screws in various specifications ranging from M0.5 to M24, ensuring efficient and sustainable production for our customers. In the feeding stage, Dannikor focuses on the research and development of screw feeding technology, making breakthroughs in solving the "screw jamming" issue. The newly launched generation of step feeder has reduced the jam rate of standard screws to 50PPM, achieving rapid and stable material supply. In the tightening stage, multiple types of tightening modules are introduced for tightening conditions of varying complexity, ensuring smooth screw insertion and unobstructed tightening. Meanwhile, when paired with general controller, it allows for easy control from a single screen, simplifying installation and commissioning. Additionally, it can be equipped with a quality control module to effectively prevent issues such as screw mixing, missed driving, and dropping, improving product assembly quality. This makes the entire process from screw feeding to tightening more controllable and reliable, facilitating intelligent upgrades in industrial manufacturing.

    Intelligent Screw Driver

    Based on the ISO5393 standard, Danikor intelligent tightening screwdrivers utilize self-developed high-precision algorithms, providing more stable and durable performance. They offer a variety of tightening strategies to meet the tightening requirements of different working conditions, including higher-order strategies such as clamping torque, slope, angle, zero-speed hold, delay wait, yield point, loose sleeve, and rework, ensuring that each screw achieves optimal tightening. At the same time, by monitoring the torque or angle at each step during the tightening process, the system can promptly detect tightening abnormalities such as floating locks and thread slip. With data collection, upload, and storage capabilities, it enables control over the tightening process of each screw and traceability of the tightening results, promoting the digital and intelligent upgrading of the entire assembly process and ensuring more reliable tightening quality of the product.

    Multi Feeder System

    Multi Feeder System offers a highly flexible solution for production requirements characterized by multiple varieties, small batches, and short lead times. Compared to traditional feeding methods, it can accommodate a wider range of complex and irregularly shaped parts, even delicate or easily deformable materials. Simultaneously, it fulfills the need for rapid material switching and clearing, adapting to the feeding demands of different products and production lines. For materials of different materials and shapes, customized trays can be designed to enhance the probability of correct orientation, facilitating visual recognition. When paired with robotic arms, this system enables rapid and accurate grasping, further improving feeding efficiency while reducing the investment required for production lines that handle multiple varieties and small batches. It drives product iteration and innovation, infusing more vitality into flexible manufacturing lines.
