Founded in May 2015, Jiejia Zhizhuang is a high-tech enterprise engaged in intelligent controller PCBA manufacturing and intelligent product development, design and production, focusing on providing various intelligent controller products and corresponding solutions for industrial controllers, medical products, new energy automotive electronics and new smart home. Our factory is located in Changan Town, Dongguan City, which is one of the existing large-scale PCBA factories in Changan area of Dongguan City. The factory has 8 high-speed SMT lines, 5 DIP plug-in lines, 4 assembly lines, 12,000 square meters of production plant and more than 400 workers. The SMT workshop is equipped with 8 SMT high-speed chip lines, including double-track Panasonic NPM D3A * 6 double-track + TT2 module series high-speed SMT chip lines; With SPI, online AOI, intelligent first piece tester, X-RAY and other high-end testing equipment; The daily production capacity is more than 15 million points. 4 DIP lines *, with a daily capacity of 30,000-40,000 units; 3 post-welding (PCBA test) lines *, with a daily capacity of 20,000-30,000 units; 1 full-automatic three-proof paint spraying line *, 1 desktop spraying machine, with a daily capacity of 8K-10K; 10 production lines *, with a daily capacity of 40,000-50,000 units. Jiejia Intelligent Manufacturing Factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 environmental certification, ISO45001 occupational health certification and IATF16949 automobile and ISO13485 medical and other quality system related certification. We cooperate with customers to participate in 3C, FCC, UL and other product certification at home and abroad.
