The MQL micro-precision quantitative atomization oil injection lubrication system is driven by compressed air. The pump body is equipped with a precise valve core. The injection of lubricating oil can continuously deliver the lubricating oil forward (up to 25 meters, currently used). The plunger pump is driven by the pulse valve and is not affected by the viscosity and temperature of the lubricant. Lubricate the tool in the processing area and the cutting surface of the workpiece and reduce the friction heat. Use the pulse to adjust between 0.02 and 8 seconds. The consumption of each pump is 3 milliliters to 13 milliliters per hour (depending on the workload). Adjust the oil to the most suitable number of times according to the thickness of the processing material. The amount of oil can be controlled by the length of the pump core and the speed of the pulse. Each pump can adjust the amount of oil independently. High precision parts are durable! Due to the good cooling and lubricating effect of spray cooling, the application of spray cooling technology in the cutting process can significantly improve the production efficiency of cutting and the processing quality of parts. Because the two-phase jet has a cleaning effect on the cutting area, the abrasion of surface oxidation, fine chips and the like on the cutter is reduced, and the durability of the cutter can be improved; the spray cooling device is small in size and convenient to install and operate; and the cooling liquid consumption is low, the working environment is clean, and the health of an operator is favorably protected. MQL spray cooling technology is especially suitable for high speed sawing, face milling, central deep hole processing, cold sawing, engraving machine, strong grinding and other processing occasions with high heat, as well as high strength and high hardness alloy materials with high processing accuracy requirements.
