MFC

Multifunctional, MFC tools from FRAISA have a significant status within the industry. ArCut X

FRAISA’s innovative ArCut X tool concept integrates great finishing performance with almost perfect surface qualities and is therefore an exceedingly interesting tool concept for flat component surfaces. Arcut X is highly precise surfaces with brilliant surface characteristics that can minimise the amount of time spent polishing. As the tip of the ArCut X milling cutter has a perfectly spherical form, it also offers all of the plus points of a robust ball nose end mill.

Favora®

The new Favora® from FRAISA stands out thanks to its universality, high performance and tool life - making them unbeatably efficient. The milling concept, for diameters between 1 mm to 20 mm, covers a wide range of applications and components and is also suitable for High Dynamic Cutting strategies, HDC-S and HDC-P (trochoidal milling). FRAISA is also happy to announce and addition to the Favora® tool family: The existing product range with the normal and medium length version is being expanded to include a tool variant with a corner radius and the extra-long 5.2xd version. This results in an even wider range of applications, especially in softer steels and stainless steels.

E-Cut

The versatile tools of the FRAISA E-Cut range can be used to machine various materials without any problems. You can also rely on these robust and easy-cutting tools in autonomous production – they guarantee both smooth running and low power consumption. FRAISA E-Cut is available in three different lengths, with between 3 and 5 teeth, and also as a finishing tool. This provides you with a versatile range of products that can be used for a wide variety of machining operations and offers sustainability and cost-efficiency.

SteelCut

The SteelCut milling system has been developed especially for the machining of soft steels and impresses with excellent service life and high process reliability while, at the same time, running smoothly and ensuring ideal chip removal. SteelCut reaches its full potential in both dry and wet machining – with emulsion or oil – and delivers delivers outstanding results. The new hard and very smooth MULTICHROM high-performance coating has a positive impact on the service life and guarantees an increased machining volume during milling and plunging. The high-performance milling cutters are universally applicable and cover HPC as well as HDC processes.

MFC Alu

Impressive market innovation from FRAISA: The completely newly developed milling system MFC Alu is the first four-edged, high-performance milling cutter for machining aluminum,copper, plastics and other non-ferrous metals.The multifunctional tools are ideal for carrying out various applications at a high performance level - regardless of machine concepts, spindle speed or dynamic ranges. It can be used for a machining depth of up to 5.2xd as well as for the extremely efficient HDC machining.You can benefit from the various application options and increase your productivity by using the MFC Alu – the newest benchmark for the machining of aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
