Well Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Zhonghai Wantai), established in July 2020 and located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, is a mixed ownership company jointly initiated by China Oilfield Services Limited and Foshan Nanhai Zhongnan Machinery Co., Ltd. Shareholders of Zhonghai Wantai: China Oilfield Services Limited (40%), Foshan Nanhai Zhongnan Machinery Co., Ltd. (33%), Foshan Nanhai Yingtian Investment Co., Ltd. (18%) and Foshan Industrial Development Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (9%). Zhonghai Wantai is the first digital intelligent production line of "Xuanji" system (rotary steering drilling and logging while drilling technology) independently developed by CNOOC.
