KOSMEK is a Japanese company specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of precision hydraulic and pneumatic components, founded in May 1986 and headquartered in Japan. Guangzhou Jimei Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is the general agent of KOSMEK in China, responsible for the business in the Chinese market. KOSMEK's core business is the R & D and manufacturing of precision hydraulic and pneumatic components, which are widely used in automobile manufacturing, machine tool processing, semiconductor and motor production industries. The main product series include: low pressure cylinder (L series): applicable to oil pressure fixtures below 7 MPa, covering support cylinder, single-acting/double-acting rotary cylinder, lever cylinder and other models. High pressure cylinder (T series): applicable to high pressure fixture below 25 MPa. Pneumatic support cylinder: It is used to suppress the trembling of the workpiece and improve the processing quality. Other components: including single-acting cylinders (D-series), valves/accessories, and various mechanical fixture components using mechanical force amplifiers. In addition, the KOSMEK product line extends to machine tool fixture systems, automation and industrial robot-related products, and rapid die change systems for injection molding machines, presses, and die-casting machines.
