Horizontal five-axis laser sharpener

The equipment adopts an advanced horizontal structure. When processing, the workpiece and laser beam rotate separately, taking into account the processing of small and medium-sized five-axis products. In addition to dealing with small diameter tools, it can also adapt to the processing needs of medium diameter (≤ 300 mm) and medium length (≤ 450 mm) tools. By adopting the industrial fiber laser, the integration of rough and fine machining of the cutter can be realized, that is to say, the blade machining process from the welding and rough cutting of the PCD compact to the fine machining of the cutting edge can be independently completed by clamping once. It is suitable for machining and grinding of cutting tools made of superhard materials such as PCD and PCBN, with high precision, good cutting edge quality and high reliability, and can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading.
