Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute Precision Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is one of the founding enterprises in the field of EDM technology in China, with a history of more than 50 years of EDM technology development, and is now affiliated to Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute Co., Ltd. of Machine Tool Engineering Research Institute under China General Technology Group. The registered capital of Precision Machinery and Electricity is 450 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture and process research of CNC EDM machine tools, night servo valves, screw precision detectors and other products, which are widely used in mould, electronics, medical equipment, hydraulic and other fields and industries. Precision Mechatronics has passed the ISO system certification in an all-round way, and has undertaken the research and development of national scientific research projects for many times. In 1999, it digested and absorbed international advanced technology, and in 2003, it was the first company in China to develop EDM closed-loop control system. In 2018, Shenyang Gaojing cooperated to develop a new generation of open real-time CNC system for EDM based on Linux operating system. In 2021, AFP and AFE series products equipped with a new generation of special CNC system are officially put on the market, which have significant advantages of high processing efficiency and good quality in hard-to-machine materials such as cemented carbide, titanium alloy and PCD, and their processing performance in some processing fields can be comparable to that of similar imported products.
