    Exhibits

    276HS alloy

Alloy 276HS is a universal corrosion-resistant alloy with improved hardness and strength based on UNS N10276 (Hastelloy C276). It is usually resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts, and has good corrosion resistance in low and medium temperature hydrochloric acid. 276HS is mainly used in fluoropolymer processing, extrusion at high temperature (such as Teflon wire processing temperature above 400 ℃) and extruder screw for plastics containing glass fiber (> 35%).

    Alloy C22

Alloy C22 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with extremely high corrosion resistance. It has excellent pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and stress corrosion crack resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments. It is widely used in harsh environments such as complete sets of pharmaceutical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, various complete sets of chemical equipment, smoke exhaust and desulfurization equipment, papermaking process equipment and waste treatment process equipment.

    Alloy718

Alloy 718 is a precipitation-strengthened nickel-based superalloy, which has good comprehensive properties in the temperature range of -253~700 °C, and the yield strength below 650 °C ranks first among deformed superalloys, and has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, as well as good processing performance, welding performance and long-term microstructure stability, and can manufacture various parts with complex shapes, in aerospace, nuclear energy, and petroleum industries.

    Alloy C276

C-276 alloy is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. This alloy improves corrosion resistance by reducing the content of C and Si and controlling the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone by controlling the heating part. Based on this characteristic, it is widely used in harsh environments such as complete sets of chemical equipment.

    Alloy600

Inconel 600 alloy is a nickel-based alloy containing 14~17%Cr, which has excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures and is a high-grade heat-resistant alloy. In addition, it has excellent corrosion resistance to various acid and alkali environments, and is widely used as a corrosion-resistant alloy.

    Alloy625

Inconel 625 alloy is a solution-strengthened nickel-based alloy. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance and excellent heat resistance, it is widely used in chemical plants and waste incineration equipment.

    AlloyK500

Monel K-500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as 400, but with higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good hot corrosion resistance and long-term tissue stability. It is mainly used to manufacture turbine blades and gas turbine blades with a working temperature of less than 750 °C on aero engines, fasteners and springs on ships, pumps and valve parts on chemical equipment, and scraper blades on papermaking equipment.

    Invar

Invar alloy is a special low expansion iron-nickel alloy with ultra-low expansion coefficient in the range of 20~100°C. Cold deformation reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion, and heat treatment in a specific temperature range stabilizes the coefficient of thermal expansion. In dry air, there is a risk of corrosion (rusting) of Invar 36.

    Kovar

At 20~450°C, Kovar alloy has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of silicon-boron hard glass, a higher Curie point, and good low-temperature microstructure stability. The oxide film of the alloy is dense and can be well wetted by glass. It does not interact with mercury and is suitable for use in instruments containing mercury discharge. It is the main sealing structural material of electric vacuum devices.

    Nitronic 50 stainless steel

Nitronic 50 stainless steel offers a perfect combination of corrosion resistance and strength not found in any other commercial material. The corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels is superior to alloys 316, 316 L, 317, 317 L, and the yield strength at room temperature is about twice that of these alloys. It differs from most austenitic stainless steels in that it has excellent mechanical properties at both high and sub-zero temperatures. It will not be magnetic at low temperatures. High-strength (HS) Nitronic 50 has approximately 3 times the yield strength of 316 stainless steel. It is widely used in marine, nuclear power, chemical and oil and gas industries.

    Nitronic60

Compared to cobalt-containing and high-nickel alloys, Nitronic 60 stainless steel is resistant to corrosion and wear at a fraction of the cost. Its overall corrosion resistance is better than that of Type 304 in most media. In Nitronic 60, resistance to chloride pitting is better than that of Type 316. The yield strength at room temperature is almost twice that of 304 and 316. Nitronic 60 has excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and low-temperature shock. It is widely used in the electric power, chemical, petrochemical, food and oil and gas industries, including expansion joint wear plates, wear pump rings, bushings, process valve stems, seals and logging equipment.

    17-4PH

17-4PH stainless steel has high strength, hardness, good welding performance and corrosion resistance. It is used for high-strength parts with certain corrosion resistance requirements.

    304 stainless steel

The properties of 304 stainless steel are balanced in all aspects, suitable for food industry, chemical industry and so on.

    SUS303

303 stainless steel, quick-cutting stainless steel. The machinability is improved, the sintering resistance is improved, and the corrosion resistance is low. Used for bolts, nuts.

SUS316L stainless steel for liquid cooling

Ensure product airtightness, welding and other use requirements.
