It can produce a full range of stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings with specifications from DN15mm to DN500mm. The connection methods include double clamping connection, ring compression connection, butt welding connection, socket welding connection, groove connection and other forms. The company is equipped with advanced pipe-making and auxiliary equipment such as 30 sets of pipe forming units of large domestic brands, 20 automatic argon arc welding pipe-making production lines, 7 polishing machines, solid melting bright heat treatment, straightening machines, etc. Precise moulds and advanced equipment ensure the accuracy of products. The pipe manufacturing process uses a series of production processes, including bright solution treatment equipment, gas shielded welding, material passivation treatment and ultrasonic cleaning, to ensure the quality of products. In terms of product process inspection, our company is equipped with perfect testing equipment and instruments such as online intelligent eddy current flaw detector, spectrum analyzer, metallographic analyzer, pipe flaring and flattening testing machine, pipe tensile testing machine, hydrostatic testing machine, pneumatic testing machine, universal testing machine, pipe damage simulation testing unit, etc. Each steel pipe has passed 100% online intelligent eddy current testing, offline (30 kg) hydrostatic test, self-inspection of each sequence of pipe production, and 100% double inspection and acceptance of high water pressure and air tightness of finished products, thus ensuring the high reliability of products.
