Centrifugal compressor with suspend bearings
Centrifugal compressor with levitation bearing is an oil-free air compressor with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. It adopts levitation bearing technology and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor integrated direct drive structure, and adopts two-stage compression + intercooler + three-dimensional flow impeller design. Compared with the traditional air compressor, the product does not need a speed increasing gear box, and can save more than 20% of energy; it does not need lubrication, and the output compressed air is 100% oil-free; it has low noise and low vibration; it is easy to install and maintenance-free. The centrifugal compressor realizes the suspension of the rotating shaft through a suspension bearing, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor generates a current with controllable frequency through a frequency converter, and the current is input into a motor stator to generate a rotating magnetic field to drive the rotating shaft to rotate at a high speed. The air is driven by the impeller rotating at a high speed to enter from the air inlet of the volute, becomes gas with a certain flow rate and pressure through the work done by the impeller and the guidance of the volute, is discharged from the air outlet of the volute, is cooled by the intercooler, enters the secondary impeller to be compressed again, and is discharged, thereby realizing the transformation from low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas. The bearing vibration, temperature rise, inlet and outlet pressure and temperature, anti-surge control, startup interlock protection, fault alarm, oil pressure and temperature control of the lubrication system, etc. of the complete machine are all controlled by the programmable logic controller, so that the operation of the complete machine can be monitored in real time. Less wearing parts and convenient daily maintenance. A series of monitoring and control, such as bearing vibration, temperature, inlet and outlet pressure, temperature, anti-surge control, startup and shutdown interlock protection, fault alarm, lubrication system oil pressure and oil temperature, are controlled by programmable logic controller, and transmitted to the "Zhangguyun" intelligent cloud platform in real time, so that users and project engineers can monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time.
