At the level of manufacturing process, ACF filter shell is made of aviation grade silicon-aluminium alloy material, which is integrated by precision die-casting technology, and its structure is compact and stable. Verified by the 4.0 Mpa ultra-high pressure test of the national authoritative laboratory, it can still ensure excellent sealing performance under the harsh working conditions of 16 bar, and effectively avoid the risk of leakage under high pressure environment. The surface treatment of the shell adopts the industry-leading technology, which carries out deep cleaning, degreasing and passivation pretreatment in turn, and combines with internal electrophoretic anticorrosion and external electrostatic spraying of high-strength epoxy resin coating to form a multi-layer protective system, which significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the equipment and greatly prolongs its service life. ACF element filter element adopts high-performance borosilicate fiber filter material and porous glass fiber composite filter structure, and the outer layer is covered with polyester fiber liquid collection layer. This innovative material combination endows the filter element with excellent high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
