Jewel check valve
Core technology: G5 gem ball and precision valve seat structure are integrated to achieve ultra-low leakage rate and excellent performance in air tightness detection. The number of bubbles per minute can be 0-3, 0-6 and 0-12 to meet the fluid control requirements in different scenarios. Sapphire metallized window
Technical advantages: the precise grinding and polishing process is adopted, so that the surface of the sapphire substrate can reach 10/5, the clear area is more than 90%, and the flatness is λ/4. The perfect and rigorous metallization process creates excellent welding and sealing performance. Gem micropore sensor
Core advantages: Sapphire/ruby is grinded with high precision by proprietary technology to precisely control the hole diameter tolerance of ± 2 um, the hole length tolerance of ± 0.5 um, and the hole shape. Φ50um, Φ70um, Φ80um, Φ100um series of gemstone micropores, covering a variety of sizes and specifications, are suitable for different application scenarios. The aperture can be as small as Φ30 um.
