Dongguan Changdong Tool & Die Co., LTD. is one of China professional stamping die manufacturer, specialized in stamping die design and manufacture for automotive and home appliance industries. Founded in Shenzhen in Nov 2012,Changdong moved to Dongguan city due to business expansion at the end of 2015. The new factory covers an area of 4,000 sqm, certified to ISO 9001 quality management system. The company has about 80 employees, among them there are 13 experienced engineers. The company is fully equipped with 6 wire cutters, 7 CNC machining centers and 8 stamping presses (max 800T). Changdong is proficient in manufacturing both progressive dies and single stage dies up to 4000mm in length. These stamping dies are widely used for: Automotive: car bumpers, cross beam pressings, inner plates of A/B/C pillars and car chassis and panel parts, engine heat shields and exhaust pipe parts etc. Home Appliance: air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerator and oven parts etc. Others Fields: lamps, kitchenware, cellphones etc. The company has established long-term cooperation with Magna, Marelli, Federal Mogul, Leoni, Cummins, Aikawa, Atlas and other well-known companies. Products are exported to more than 10 countries in Europe & America. From the CAE simulation, 3D layout and tool structure design to machining, tool assembly, tool tryout and mass production, all of these operations are completed in-house at Changdong.
