Established in 2021 in the self-built factory in Yonghu Town, Huizhou (Huizhou Mold Square Metal Products Co., Ltd.). Is specialized in the production and sales of plastic mold accessories, the company in 2022 to upgrade the automated production line, intelligent production line. Combined with seamless connection of multi-type equipment, automatic mass production is completed. Main equipment: 16 sets of Taiwan CNC, 6 sets of CNC lathes, 12 sets of precision internal and external grinding, 3 sets of Jiande large water mill, 2 sets of CNC automatic grinder, 5 tons capacity vacuum heat treatment furnace. The testing equipment includes three dimensions, a height meter, a hardness meter and an image meter. Main products: die wear block, balance block (bearing plate), angle module. Inclined guide pillar fixing block, squeezing block, mold locking buckle, side lock, inclined top seat, support pillar, ko pillar, universal inclined sliding seat, mold peripheral accessories, 3D drawing library built by the company, external UG software with its own 3D drawing library to automatically output BOM table. Free access to gallery products, free adjustment, no need for drawing design, automatic generation of physical assembly, simulation assembly. Products are mainly used in electrical molds, automotive molds, 3C molds, new energy molds, medical molds, plastic connector molds. The company produces 50000 + pieces of accessories per day. In line with strict control of quality delivery, the qualified rate of each batch of strict quality inspection is more than 99.5%.
