In-die tapping machine
The in-die tapping machine is installed in the stamping die to realize simultaneous tapping during stamping, thereby avoiding the labor and equipment cost of secondary tapping outside the die and realizing efficient and stable production. Servo-motor tapping machine Stamping speed: SPM100 times/min, tapping specification range: M1-M20, suitable for horizontal and vertical screw hole forming, a tapping machine can have a variety of screw specifications, a tapping machine can tap up to 12 holes, quick plug-in installation tap, quick self-locking installation. 3. In-die tapping machine for transfer die Stamping speed: SPM100 times/min, strong product versatility, not limited by the punch stroke, tapping specification range: M1-M30, suitable for horizontal and vertical screw hole forming, a tapping machine can have a variety of screw specifications, a tapping machine can be up to 12 holes, tapping head quick plug-in installation, tap quick self-locking installation.
