    Fluorescent PCR filter

    NMOT adopts advanced coating technology to manufacture fluorescent PCR filters with high transmittance, high cut-off depth and high steepness. Based on the in-depth study of the luminescence characteristics of common fluorescent dyes, the center wavelength and bandwidth of the filter are optimized, which can effectively solve the problem of cross-color between adjacent channels and provide the best signal-to-noise ratio for PCR experiments. The fluorescent PCR filter is widely applicable to real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and digital PCR (dPCR).

    Fluorescent microscope filter

    NMOT adopts advanced ion assisted deposition (IAD) coating process to manufacture fluorescence microscope filters with high transmittance, high cut-off depth and high cut-off steepness. Can be adapted to the application requirements of various typical fluorophores, and can obtain high-sensitivity and high-resolution fluorescence images.

    High precision optical lens

    NMOT can be customized to produce infrared materials commonly used in optical lenses, including calcium fluoride lenses, barium fluoride lenses, magnesium fluoride lenses, silicon lenses, germanium lenses, zinc selenide lenses and other lens types. The lens bands produced by NMOT mainly cover deep ultraviolet band to far infrared band. Commonly used optical lens antireflection coatings such as 1.8 um-3 um, 3 um-5 um, 8 um-14 um, etc. Other special optical coatings can be customized according to customer requirements.
