Hebei Carbon Valley Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in the state-level Hebei Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. It was established in 2020 and belongs to Hebei Jilong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Hebei Jilong is one of the largest acrylic fiber manufacturers in China, with an annual capacity of 75,000 tons. Hebei Carbon Valley Company is a high-tech state-owned enterprise specializing in R & D, design, production, sales and service of high-performance carbon fibers and carbon fiber products. The company covers an area of 22000 square meters and has several production lines of Dornier carbon fiber loom imported from Germany, multi-axial warp knitted fabric production line, high-end intelligent carbon fiber prepreg production line and prefabricated products production line. Hebei Carbon Material Industry Technology Research Institute is affiliated to Hebei Building Material Research Institute, led by Hebei Carbon Valley Company, and jointly established by National Carbon Fiber Research Center, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and Jilin Fubo Research Institute, which was approved by Hebei Science and Technology Department in 2020. The Institute has an expert steering committee composed of many well-known experts in the field of carbon fiber research in China and a strong fixed R & D team including 5 doctors and 11 masters. It has cooperated with many famous universities and enterprises, and has first-class R & D centers, scientific and technological development teams and perfect testing system, as well as product technology, equipment development and supporting resin R & D capabilities.
