    Miniature Servo cylinder

    Yushijia micro servo electric cylinder includes direct connection type and turn-back type. The mainstream models cover SAG-LT-120202400S, SAG-FT-120202400XS, SAG-FT-201202400XS, etc. The core size of the electric cylinder is 12mm/20mm, and the stroke is 2mm/12mm. The rated voltage is 12 V, the working temperature covers -10 ~ 60 ° C, the repetitive positioning accuracy of the whole series is up to ± 0.002 mm (± 0.0025 mm for some models), and the push-pull performance is classified as 12 mm, 200 N/maximum 400 N for the model, and 400 N/maximum 600 N for the model of 20 mm. The rated push-pull force of some customized models can reach 500 N, the rated current is 400mA ~ 1A, and the peak current is 1.5A ~ 3.4A. The communication interface is equipped with RS485 as standard. The outlet mode includes aviation plug and direct plug-in connector. The screw rod adopts high-precision planetary roller screw rod. The motor is equipped with hollow cup DC brush/brushless motor. The product can be matched with T-shaped adjusting blocks with different widths, such as ≥ 12.5mm, ≥ 20mm, ≥ 25mm and > 36mm, and is suitable for scenes of 15mm-60mm full-specification T-shaped adjusting blocks, has the characteristics of self-locking, high protection and self-checking, and can adapt to slurries with different viscosities and cavity pressures. It is widely used in industrial precision driving scenarios in the fields of coating equipment die control, 3C electronics, semiconductor, medical equipment, etc., to meet the motion control requirements of micro-nano high-precision, micro-large thrust.
