The pillow is mainly composed of a liftable pillow inner and a slow rebound memory sponge, a built-in sensor is used for automatically detecting snore, and the pillow has a heating function and a neck stretching function, and the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra in different sleeping postures can be adjusted to a natural state through the height of the pillow, so that the pillow can help a user to relieve the discomfort of the cervical vertebra and promote the improvement of the sleep quality.
